The Minister of Civil Service and Social Security assured the necessity of training and qualification so as to raise performance , productivity, and enhance capabilities of various governmental bodies. The Minister praised the ongoing training at the Authority."Training courses at the Authority comes in a continuous course plan to renew Authority's staff knowledge, and that the Authority has persistence intensive training program to attain positive outcomes " as quoted. The Minister also pointed out that the Authority is making paralleled steps ; training and IT administration. The Gen. Director of Training and the course trainer Mss.Donia Al-Enssy stated that the training course lasted for two days with focus on crisis types, impacts, and how to get over them with appropriate solutions in minimum time and efforts.
