The CEO Praises Efforts Exerted by the Gen. Dept. of Entitlements
5/1/2019The CEO held a meeting to deliberate some obstacles facing the Gen. Dept. of Entitlements; the meeting was headed by the CEO; with attendance of the Gen. Director, Divisions Officers and Clerks in which IT integrated system achievement was deliberated especially periodic changes and related faced obstacles.
The Gen. Director Mr. Abdularehaman Musheref made a presentation about achievement made so far in regard to enrollment, advances, referencing and matching of the periodic records up to closure of periodic changes since the beginning of referencing the periodic data in the IT integrated system from the third quarter 2016 to the fourth quarter in 2018 for all branches; only remaining a few which will be completed in January 2018.
He also mentioned some shortcomings of the IT system hindering processing some administrative procedures, and that amendments and updates to system will be made soon. On the other hand, the CEO incited meeting attendees to urgently make the updates to the system praising efforts exerted during 2018 by Divisions Officers, Clerks and Gen. Dept. leadership up until pensions payment across the nation.
