The General Authority launched an intensive training program to develop the investment sector with the participation of 15 trainees from the General Administration of Investment and the relevant departments With this inauguration, the General Authority is the first government agency to implement this important training program. The training program, which lasts for four months, aims at improving the level of specialists and workers in the field of investment in modern scientific methods, methodologies and methods. The implementation of this program comes in line with the implementation of the national vision to build the modern Yemeni state, enabling the Authority to manage and operate its large and important investments, which will contribute to support the national economy and the development industry according to the latest methods and modern concepts. Mr. Ibrahim Hassan, Acting Director General of Training and Rehabilitation at the Authority, said that this training program is of great importance and its implementation comes as a practical translation of the plans of Mr. Ibrahim Al-Haifi, Chairman of the Authority, who seeks to revive and develop investment work in accordance with the national vision and qualified and specialized cadres capable of successfully managing investment during the coming stage. He pointed out that the training program will be implemented at the rate of five hours a week. For his part, the trainer and consultant in the field of real estate valuation and development expert / Wael Abdullah Al-Adimi said that the contents of the training program will focus on topics on the study of successful investment opportunities and the study of sustainable development indicators, methods of evaluating real estate investments, and real estate finance, modern methods to manage investment work. And that the Authority is the first government Agency to implement such program. This program noted the importance of the program at the national investment level.
