The General Authority for Social Security and Pensions sets free telephone number to receive complaints
12/11/2019 In implementation of the directives of His Excellency President Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council , the Authority is pleased to announce to its public in all governorates of the Republic the launch of the service of receiving complaints and assigning a toll-free number 8000123 for this service. The allocation of the toll-free number to receive complaints within the framework of activating the work of public services departments and the allocation of telephone numbers to receive complaints in all government institutions and bodies as a measure that contributes to prevent the occurrence of problems that may citizens be exposed to by some sick souls, while following the progress of transactions with government agencies.
