The Second Chapter: Health Insurance
Article (40): The Health Insurance shall be financed from the following resources:
1) The monthly contributions which the employer is obliged to pay from the total of entire wage (basic salary + allowances) for the insured parties available at their hands and to be paid each month to the Fund.
2) Investments returns of these resources.
Article (41): The regulatory order in competent the health care shall be issued by a Republican decree after the approval of the Ministers Council and Office of President in accordance with Minister application and to include all rules and detailed provisions of insurance and medical care and percentage of contributions.
Article (42): The insured party shall not get benefited with the provisions of the treatment and medical care though the period of his secondment abroad.
