Chapter one: General provisions - Clause one

Article no. 1

Upon implementation of provisions of this bylaw, the following terms shall have the following meaning indicated before each term:

Minister: the Minister of Insurance and Social Affairs, the Chairman.

GASSP: - the General Authority for Social Security and Pensions.

Senior director: the Executive Chairman.

Fund: the Fund of the GASSP.

Main branch: GASSP's Aden Branch.

The hiring agency: any agency stated in article no. 2 of this bylaw.

Law: the Republican decree in respect of social insurance and pensions no. 2 for the year 1991.

Insured: the insured employee or worker beneficiary of provisions of this law appointed in a fixed job or permanent post.

Executive bylaw; the executive bylaws of this bylaw.
