Chapter two: Implementation scope

Article no. 2

Provisions shall be implemented on :-
1- state's administrative employees.
2- senior employees of government, judiciary authority, diplomats, counselors, and all employees their insurance benefits are not stated by specific legal law.
3- employees or workers of any agency, authority which the Cabinet has issued a resolution to be beneficiary of insurance system approved according to provisions of this bylaw provided employee is appointed and employed at a fixed job included for financial allocations in the State's general budget or annexed budgets according to provisions of this bylaw.

Article no. 3

Implementation shall not be inclusive to :-

1- Military and police personnel.
2- employees and workers beneficiaries of provisions of social insurance law no. 26 for the year 1991.
