The head of the Authority is briefed on the progress of performance in the Public Service Department at the Secretariat Branch

Mr. Ibrahim Al-Haifi, CEO of the Authority, was briefed on the progress of work in the Public Service Department in the Authority’s branch in the Capital Secretariat. During the visit, he heard from Brother Kamal Hassan, Director General of the Authority’s branch in the Secretariat and those concerned, about the progress of the transactions movement received by the Public Service Department and the daily services provided to workers and retirees. The head of the authority praised the level of performance and job commitment in serving the public and in all departments within the branch and for their continuous efforts to improve and develop performance. Stressing the need to pay attention and not be lenient in providing services to retirees, and facilitating and completing their transactions. The head of the authority was also briefed on the progress of work in other departments within the branch. Stressing the need for everyone to carry out their duties and responsibilities and to exert maximum efforts in the field of providing social security services to the public in a short time, efficiently and effectively, and the need to automate all tasks of the public service department in the Secretariat and to complete the networking with the authorities related to the social security work. Pointing out that communication has been made with the leadership of the General Organization for Social Insurance in order to implement a network link between the two parties to exchange data and information in order to facilitate procedures for the public.
