In implementation of the directives of Mr. Ibrahim Al-Haifi, Chairman of the Authority, which requires simplifying the procedures and improving the level of performance in all public administrations in the head office and branches, in order to achieve the quality of services provided to the beneficiaries in order to achieve the state’s orientation, which is explained through the implementation of the national vision for building a modern civil state. Today, Sunday, remote (online) meetings were launched between the main center of the General Authority and its branches in the governorates. Today’s meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Aref Al-Awadi, the technical deputy of the authority, where he participated in the remote video meeting, Muhammad Ali Hizam, general manager of the authority’s branch in Al-Bayda Governorate and directors of departments in the branch, in addition to the presence of the concerned general managers from the technical sector and general managers of computers, planning, branches, auditing and relations at the main center in Sana’a The meeting focused on discussing the performance of the authority’s branch in Al-Bayda governorate in the technical aspect, reviewing the obstacles that accompany the workflow, and setting the necessary treatments that contribute to improving and developing performance. Brother / Karem Sharaf Othman, Director General of Planning at the authority, explained in a press statement that holding these meetings remotely (audio and video) is one of the recommendations of the performance evaluation review sessions for the first half for the public administrations in the center, in which it was recommended that communication (online) with the branches of the authority be activated. To evaluate and review its performance. Communication with the branches (online) is of great importance to shorten many procedures, conduct business and speed up the implementation of tasks and duties, especially in the technical aspect, which will be reflected in the improvement and development of the institutional performance of the authority. In addition, these meetings that are held (remotely) support not disrupting the work of the branches resulting from traveling to Sana'a to attend the meetings, which causes the business to stop and slow down, as well as the disbursement of expenses and costs due to travel from the branches to the main center in Sana'a. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Aref Al-Awadi followed up with a speech in which he stressed the importance of continuing these meetings, which will address many unresolved issues. Pointing out that with these meetings, the needs of the branches will be touched closely and all obstacles will be solved first-hand, as was the case with the Al-Bayda branch.
